Colorful Tortellini & Veggie Salad
1 package Tri -Color Cheese Tortellini, 2lb
1 package grape tomatoes, 10 oz
1 red bell pepper
1/2 jumbo red onion, diced
1 green bell pepper
1 can small black olives
1 cup D.E. Vine Honey Balsamic Salad Dressing
salt & pepper, to taste
Boil tortellini, then drain and cool. Toss with salad dressing and chill in the fridge while chopping ingredients.
Cut in half all grape tomatoes and olives. Clean bell peppers, remove seeds and stem, and dice into 1″ pieces. Peel and finely dice red onion. Add to tortellini and season to taste with salt and pepper, and use additional salad dressing, if desired.
