Munroe Dairy requires its customers to provide a valid credit or debit card on file with our office. We run our payments through Authorize.net, which strictly adherers to PCI DSS Security Standards. For your protection, only the last 4 digits of your card will show in our system. During the time you leave a credit or debit card on file, if it expires or otherwise becomes uncollectable, we will expect you to promptly provide a new means of payment so that your account will remain open. If for some reason an outstanding balance is owed on your account, we reserve the right to charge any unpaid balance to your credit or debit card on file. Our goal with this new process is to dramatically cut down on the administrative costs associated with billing, and to also keep your credit or debit card information secure by adhering to strict security guidelines. - What is PCI DSS? PCI DSS security is mandated by the Payment Card Industry Security Standard council. The council is comprised of major credit card brands and is an industry standard for both transmitting, storing, and validating credit card data.
