NO. We guarantee that all of our milk comes from cows that have not been treated with artificial growth hormones* or antibiotics. Our Farmer’s have taken a pledge not to use artificial growth hormones or to treat our cows with antibiotics. *No difference has been shown between milk derived from rBSTsupplemented (or treated) cows and nonsupplemented cows according to the FDA.
The milk you buy from Munroe dairy is much fresher than the milk you typically find in the grocery store. It only takes us 24 to 36 hours to get the milk from the moo to you. We guarantee our milk for eight days from the day of delivery. If you have a problem, let us know and we will correct it for you.
Our bread is delivered fresh daily from Gold Medal Bakery, located in Fall River, MA and from Calise & Sons Bakery in Lincoln, RI.
Our crew handpicks each item for your order. Our trucks have both refrigerated and freezer compartments to keep your order fresh or frozen on route to your home.
If you are not home at the time of your delivery we put your products in your Munroe Dairy Milk Box and pack it with ice (as needed) so it stays cold until you get home. Your Milk Man will pack your order with ice in the warmer months. As an option, we are happy to bring your groceries into your house or garage and place in your refrigerator.

Yes. We ask that you maintain a minimum order of $15.00 per delivery, and there is a $4.99 customer service charge, per stop.
All of the cows live nearby just over the border in Connecticut on small family owned and operated farms. Each of the farms offers large pastures for the cows to wander through and graze on the fresh and nutrient rich grasses. It’s true! They even sleep on waterbeds! Check it out!

No. There is also no required length of service, however we are a weekly milk and grocery dairy and reserve the right to close an account due to an inactive period of 30 days without prior communication.
We reuse our bottles about 40 times. We have a multistep process that cleans and sanitizes our bottles.

Here at Munroe Dairy we have a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, product credit will be given within 7 days for fresh products and 14 days for all frozen foods. For safety and health reasons we cannot take back any products that have been taken into a home.
We deliver to most towns in Rhode Island (except Block Island), and select towns in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
